Three edges bend the rule. The GCash change is about wallet size, not gaming: GCash’s gaming notice is unchanged, and the in-app Games service stays gone. The helpline’s own site says it is confidential, free and staffed by licensed professionals, but it is not an emergency crisis line. The rules that matter most did not move this year. Each one below carries over unchanged from earlier years:
- Age 21. No change: under-21s stay barred.
