JL3 Terms of Use: The Rules for Reading and Using This Site

These JL3 terms of use apply to jl3bet.ph and to no other site. Reading or using the pages means you accept them; if you would rather not, leave the site now. The list is brief for a plain reason: the site publishes pages and does nothing else.

Who may use this site

Only people aged 21 or older. That is PAGCOR’s minimum for any online gaming platform, and PAGCOR’s exclusions reach further still, covering public servants, the AFP and PNP, and people on its restricted-persons database (NDRP). If one of those groups includes you, these pages are not meant for you.

The pages are information, not an offer

Each page gives general information about the JL3 brand, its games and the payment rules that surround it. The site is not the brand’s own, not a casino, and not a source of legal, tax or financial advice. Nothing written here is an offer, a promised result or a forecast of what an account will show.

Figures move, and the people who publish them move them. GCash, as one case, revised its wallet limits with effect from 1 October 2026. Your part

You agree to keep to Philippine law, PAGCOR’s rules included, and to look a platform up before you play or pay; how to test whether JL3 is legit walks through PAGCOR’s lists step by step. Usernames, passwords, MPINs and one-time codes stay with you. This site will never ask for any of them.

Limits of responsibility

Gambling can lose money, and any loss is the player’s alone.
