JL3 Roulette: Single Zero, Double Zero, Speed and Lightning Wheels Compared

JL3 roulette means a real wheel, a real dealer and a betting window that shuts when the dealer says so. Under LIVE, Evolution’s first page on 7 October 2026 held Monopoly Roulette and Fireball Roulette, and a roulette search brought up wheels from other studios as well. Every one of them is a variation on four basic wheel types, and knowing which type you are sitting at matters more than any bet you place.

JL3 roulette: the four wheel types

Count the zeros before you count anything else. Evolution’s descriptions name four types, and the first two set the baseline:

1. French Roulette, one zero and La Partage. La Partage softens a zero for anyone on red, black, odd, even, high or low: half of that stake is handed back.
2. American Roulette, two zeros. The added 00 pocket is one more result that beats every outside bet on the layout.
3. Speed Roulette, the same wheel at a quicker clip. Evolution puts it at 25 seconds from one spin to the next.
4. Lightning Roulette, numbers with multipliers. Every round, somewhere from one to five numbers turn into Lucky Numbers, and chips placed directly on one of them can be multiplied anywhere from 50x up to 500x.

Lightning’s boost also has a narrow target. It applies to Straight Up chips, the ones on a single number, so a chip on red or on a column gains nothing extra when a number lights up.

Branded tables are the exception. Monopoly Roulette and Fireball Roulette each lay extra features over a wheel, so their help screens, not this list, set out what pays.

Speed tables bend a different rule: the longer you hesitate, the more spins go by. At 25 seconds each, ten minutes holds 24 spins, so a budget planned per spin runs dry faster than it would at an ordinary wheel.

Roulette online: streamed wheel or game screen

A live wheel is a physical object, so its timing belongs to the studio. Set against a computer-drawn roulette game, a live table differs in three ways:

Either way, every spin is independent of the last. A results board records what has already happened and never what comes next.

Features to read on a JL3 roulette table

The tile and the help screen settle every question a general page cannot. Before the first chip, look at:

• How many zeros the layout shows.
• The stake range on the tile and on the panel, which moves from table to table.
• The variant rule, whether La Partage, Lucky Numbers or a Fireball feature, and what it returns.
• The Straight Up payout, which a Lightning table may set apart from a plain wheel’s.
