JL3 Login: Username Box, Tandaan Tick and the E-mail Reset

The JL3 login is a box, not a separate page: press Mag-login (Login) in the lobby header and it opens over the games. It wants a username and a password, which is why a phone number typed into it goes nowhere. JL3 Casino Login Failures and the Cases That Bend the Rule

When a login fails, change one thing at a time, starting with how you signed up. Each line starts from what you see on screen:

1. The username is refused after a Google or Telegram sign-up. You may never have set one; press that same button instead.
2. The password is gone. Press Nakalimutan ang password and give your Username and Email. Per the lobby’s Forgot Password Instructions, the system then mails a numeric temporary password, or a code, to that linked address; log in with it, then change it at once in account settings.
3. No e-mail was ever bound. The register form never asked for one, so the reset has nowhere to send. The account-security notice says support then asks for valid identification and historical deposit records before it sends a reset e-mail.
4. No Mag-login button at all. jl3.win and jl3.ph were parked pages, not the lobby; close the tab and type an address yourself.
5. Signed out every visit. Tandaan was off, or the browser clears site data on closing; keep the tick for a phone that is yours alone.

The desktop chat goes by 24CS, the bottom entry in the seven-button column pinned to the lobby’s right side. Phones get a headset symbol at the right instead, and a Customer Service link inside the forgot-password box leads there too. Nowhere does the lobby print a hotline or support e-mail, and no phone number either.

Problem: a “support agent” messages you first and offers to clear the lockout for your reset code.

Fix: refuse, then start the chat from the lobby on your own. The lobby’s notice names a single Telegram account; read that name on the lobby, never from a message.
