JL3 Wild Bandito: Framed Symbols, an Upward-Only Free-Spin Multiplier and the Studio's Numbers

JL3 Wild Bandito rests on two ideas: symbols wearing a gold frame, and a bonus-round multiplier that refuses to come back down until the round ends. Everything else is a familiar board of twenty cells. Grasping those two mechanics, and reading PG Soft’s figures the right way, covers most of what a first session needs.
How JL3 Wild Bandito plays
Follow the gold frames; they mark where the action is. Framed symbols are the slot’s signature, and the paytable spells out what a framed symbol turns into when it belongs to a payout. Read that line before the first spin, because it decides how an ordinary chain unfolds.
From there, a session runs in this order:
- Choose a stake and set the five reels spinning, four cells to a reel.
- Look for framed symbols inside any payout and check what the paytable says they become.
- Land the number of scatters the info screen asks for, and the bonus round begins.
- Inside that round, the multiplier keeps rising for as long as the spins last.
The exception covers whatever PG Soft leaves out. Its page names the gold frames and the rising multiplier, yet gives no scatter count, no opening multiplier and no step size. Take those from the slot’s own info screen, never from a video clip or a forum thread.
Wild Bandito figures from PG Soft’s page
One studio, one set of numbers. These are the lines PG Soft prints for the game:
| Line | Wild Bandito |
|---|---|
| Grid | 5 reels, 4 rows |
| RTP | 96.73% |
| Session volatility | Medium |
| Maximum win | x25000 |
| Key features | Gold-framed symbols; free spins with an increasing multiplier |
| Games timeline date | 3 May 2021 |
The volatility row deserves a note. An earlier network record filed the game under high. PG Soft prints Medium, and where the two disagree, PG Soft decides.
Features to read on the Wild Bandito info screen
A climbing multiplier pays off in long rounds, so find out what keeps a round going. Three lines on the info screen tell you:
- The opening multiplier and the size of each step. Together they set how quickly the round grows.
- Whether extra scatters add spins. A round that can stretch is worth more than one of fixed length.
- What a framed symbol does. During the bonus round, that rule governs how often one payout can feed the next.
Then a budget check. A 96.73% return leaves a 3.27% house edge, charged in effect on every peso that goes through the game. Across ₱1,000 of total bets, that edge implies an expected cost of roughly ₱33, however the good and bad spins happen to be ordered.
Same return, different shape: Lucky Neko also lists 96.73%, yet its cap is four times higher, x100000 against Wild Bandito’s x25000. With the long-run return identical, the game with the lower ceiling has to hand back more of that return through ordinary-sized payouts.
Wild Bandito shares a 5x4 frame with Mahjong Ways and its 1,024 ways, plus the same x25000 cap, but runs on a different engine.
For a gentler start, Fortune Tiger’s nine-position grid is the smallest board of the five, and the PG Soft slots ranking for a first session puts them all in order. The complete table is on JL3 PG Soft at a glance. On a phone? The JL3 app notes explain playing through a phone’s browser.
How to Get Started
-
Search before you assume
Under SLOTS, tap the PG filter and type Wild Bandito in full. If its tile shows up, open the info screen before you spin even once.
-
Learn what a gold frame does
The paytable explains what becomes of a framed symbol that forms part of a payout. That single rule shapes most of ordinary play.
-
Read the multiplier steps
The free-spin panel gives the multiplier's opening value and how it climbs. Note both, because together they decide what a long round is worth.
