The third row is the trap. When a member loses the login password, the account-security notice says support wants valid identification and a history of deposits before any reset e-mail goes out, so link an address on day one. - No real name or mobile number. The sign-up never asks, but the newcomer tasks in the reward center later ask for both.
- More than one account. Under the promotion terms, duplicate accounts that share a phone number, IP address, name or bank card forfeit bonuses, so keep to one person, one account.

Behind both changes sits one BSP memorandum. It ordered supervised institutions to switch off in-app gambling access in their payment apps and sites, and it counts any product that redirects a user towards gambling as that kind of access. Hence the mismatch between the lobby’s text and the wallets, and the need to read the cashier fresh.
Two edge cases come from the lobby’s own notices. Its Deposit Instructions ask for a fresh deposit account, as generated by the system, on every payment and never one saved from last time, because funds sent to an old account may not be credited. JL3 Withdrawal: Who Sets the Payout Clock
Any JL3 payout time comes from the operator’s withdrawal screen and terms; the lobby’s public pages state none.
